Sócio da RGS desde 2018, Hugo é formado em Engenharia Mecânica-Aeronáutica pelo Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA) e tem especialização em fusões e aquisições no Adkins Matchett & Toy e no TTS, em Nova Iorque.

Antes de se juntar a RGS, Hugo fez parte do time de Crédito Corporativo do Banco BBM e trabalhou no time de análise de mercado do BBM Investimentos.

Hugo participou de diversas transações, dentre elas a associação do Cemitério Parque Hortolândia ao grupo Zelo, a captação de R$103 milhões pela Urbem com a DEXCO e a venda da Medcom para a Elfa.

André holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo and an MBA from The Wharton School. He began his career in finance, working in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse, M&A at Brazilian logistics company AGV, and at private equity firms 2bCapital and AGN Participações.

André currently serves as COO of RGS. Previously, he held the position of CFO at Phosfaz, a BTG-backed fertilizer company, and also served as CFO and Head of People at Qulture.Rocks, an HR Tech company acquired by Brazilian internet company UOL.

Avy holds a degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Insper.

Before joining RGS, he worked in Investment Banking at BTG Pactual, where he participated in the execution of several public equity offerings. He also worked at independent M&A and DCM boutiques focused on the middle market.

Fabio holds a degree in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas and is an expert in mergers and acquisitions by the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. 

During his career, he was part of the Investment Banking team at Deutsche Bank and worked with Business Development at Alliar Medicina Diagnóstica, a portfolio company of Pátria Investimentos.

Partner at RGS since 2015, Fabio has worked on several relevant deals, such as Stone's fundraising, the sale of Zeg Biogas, Qulture Rocks, Remessa Online, KMM, among others.


Guilherme Stuart holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of University of São Paulo and recently graduated from the Stanford Executive Program.

He is one of the founding partners of RGS and currently occupies the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company. Prior to establishing RGS, Guilherme held the position of Principal of the Private Equity team at Banco BTG Pactual and was also part of the Investment Banking team at Banco J.P. Morgan, leading the merger between Aracruz and VCP, as well as the sale of Tafisa Brasil to Arauco, both in São Paulo and New York. His career accomplishments include notable deals at technology companies such as Remessa Online, Qulture.Rocks, Noverde, Nimbi and Vadu.

Henrique holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Insper and joined RGS in 2021. Before RGS, he worked in FP&A at Phosfaz, a BTG-backed fertilizer company, and at M&A advisory firms igc and JK Capital. At RGS, Henrique was involved in the sale of ZEG Biogás to Vibra, Qulture.Rocks to UOL EdTech, KMM to nstech, and Jazz Side to BeFly.


Pedro holds a degree in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas and has a specialization in mergers and acquisitions from Adkins Matchett & Toy and TTS in New York.

He started his M&A career at RGS in 2017 and became a partner in 2019. 

Pedro led several transactions, including the sale of Búfalo Dourado to Lac Lélo, the Starbucks fundraising in Brazil and the sale of Grupo Educacional Anchieta to Inspira Rede de Educadores.



Renato holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School (IFLDA 2022). He is a founding partner of RGS and previously served as Vice President of Investment Banking at Banco BTG Pactual.

Renato has led several M&A transactions, including the merger between Sadia and Perdigão, the sale of Tok&Stok, and transactions involving companies such as Fazenda da Toca, Tecnogera, Clínica AMO, Urbem, and Omnibees.


Stephanie holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas and has specialized training in mergers and acquisitions at Adkins Matchett & Toy and TTS in New York. 

Before joining RGS, she was part of the M&A team at Brasilpar. At RGS, she participated in several high-profile transactions, including the sale of Fazenda da Toca to Mantiqueira, Vitagema to Granja Faria, and PIC and PharmaSpecial to Brenntag
