RGS Partners advised Concremat on the sale of 80% of its capital to China Communications Construction Company (CCCC), China’s largest construction company. Concremat was founded in Rio de Janeiro 65 years ago and provides engineering consulting services.

The transaction made possible for CCCC  to increase its presence in Latin America and Brazil, where the company began its trajectory with the purchase of part of WPR project, WTorre’s infrastructure arm in the São Luís private port project. CCCC also has investments in Argentina, Peru and Central America, but focuses its efforts on Brazil, where it believes there is greater growth potential in the coming years.

The purchase of 80% of Concremat’s capital was made for R$350 million and was approved by CADE without restrictions.
