Guilherme Stuart
Guilherme Stuart
Prior to founding RGS, Guilherme was Principal of Banco BTG Pactual's Private Equity team, responsible for investments in Vivere (Software sector), CCRR (Industrial sector), Bravante (Oil and Gas sector) and Deep Sea Supply. (Oil and Gas sector). Before BTG Pactual, Guilherme worked on the Investment Banking team at JP Morgan (São Paulo and New York).
Guilherme led several M&A transactions, including the merger between Aracruz and VCP, the sale of Tafisa Brasil to Arauco, as well as the public share offering of BRF, SLC Agrícola, Springs Global and others.
Guilherme holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Escola Politécnica from USP.

Renato Stuart
Renato Stuart
Prior to founding RGS, Renato was Vice President of Banco BTG Pactual's Investment Banking team. He was co-responsible for covering investment funds, banks, insurers and insurance brokers. Prior to joining BTG Pactual, Renato worked at Arcelor Mittal (France) in Industrial Engineering.
Renato led several M&A transactions, including the merger between Sadia and Perdigão, the sale of Tok & Stok to Carlyle, São Martinho's strategic partnership with Petrobras, as well as the public share offerings of MRV, PDG, Petrobras, BRF, Magazine Luiza, etc.
Renato holds a degree in Production Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP and completed Harvard Business School's Program for Leadership Development.

Fábio Jamra
Fábio Jamra
Prior to joining RGS, Fábio was part of the Investment Banking team at Deutsche Bank and worked in the Business Development area of Alliar Medicina Diagnóstica, a company of Pátria Investimentos.
Fábio has participated in several transactions by RGS Partners, including Stone's fundraising, Priner's acquisition of Isolafácil and Concremat's sale to China's CCCC.
Fábio has a specialization in Mergers and Acquisitions from Wharton College ate the University of Pennsylvania and a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas.

Hugo Pacheco
Hugo Pacheco
Prior to joining RGS, Hugo was part of the Corporate Credit team at Banco BOCOM BBM and worked on the Bahia Asset market analysis team.
Hugo has participated in several transactions, including the financial assessment in the context of the judicial recovery process of the Bom Jesus Group and advising Prumo's minority shareholders in their Share Acquisition Public Offer (OPA) process.
Hugo has a specialization in Mergers and Acquisitions at AdkinsMatchett & Toy and TTS in New York and holds a degree in Aeronautical Mechanical Engineering from ITA, Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica.

Pedro Scharam
Pedro Scharam
Pedro started his career in RGS Partners in 2017.
Pedro has participated in several transactions, including the acquisition of Oppa Design by Meu Móvel de Madeira and the sale of control of Estapar's Loop, to Webmotors, controlled by Santander.
Pedro has a specialization in Mergers and Acquisitions at AdkinsMatchett & Toy and TTS in New York and a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas.

Jonathan Kim
Jonathan Kim
Jonathan started his career in RGS Partners in 2018.
Jonathan has participated in several transactions, including the structuring of the partnership between inGaia and Jive Investments, and the Beetech's Series B investment round, led by Kaszek Ventures.
Jonathan has a specialization in Mergers and Acquisitions at AdkinsMatchett & Toy and TTS in New York, and a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas and Prague University of Economic and Business.
Flávio Lelis
Flávio Lelis
Prior to joining RGS, Flávio Lelis was director of PwC’s transaction services team, responsible for managing due diligence projects, serving national and international clients from different sectors. During that period, he led more than 150 projects with transaction values in excess of US$ 1 billion.
Before PwC, Flávio Lelis worked on the external audit area at Deloitte, serving mostly multinational corporations.
Flávio Lelis has Bachelor’s degree in business administration (2001) from Universidade Mackenzie and has Bachelor’s degree in accounting (2005) from Universidade Paulista (UNIP). He also completed his MBA at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) in 2005.
Hans Tisott
Hans Tisott
Prior to joining RGS, Hans worked at the M&A boutique Píer Partners, participating in negotiations as sellside and buyside in the clothing and fuel sectors.
Before Píer, Hans worked on the corporate credit risk team at Banco Sicredi, being responsible for analyzing the concentration of the bank’s credit portfolio and for proposing negotiation limits for the bank's treasury and asset management areas for trading public and private debt securities.
Hans holds a degree in Production Engineering from UFRGS, Rio Grande do Sul’s federal university.
Victor Orsi
Victor Orsi
Prior to joining RGS, Victor served for 7-years as a legal advisor to the Corporate Development divisions of Santander Brasil and Itaú Unibanco, acting in the proprietary M&A transactions of such groups in connection with the banking, finance, real estate, and technology industries.
Victor has a bachelor’s degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and a Master’s in Business Economics from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
Henrique Polo
Henrique Polo
Prior to joining RGS, Henrique was part of the M&A team of igc Partners and JK Capital, participating in transactions in the telecommunication, healthcare, education, logistics, retail, and real estate industries.
Henrique also worked in the FP&A and M&A area at Phosfaz, a BTG Pactual backed company.
Henrique has a degree in Economics from Insper.
Carlos Shimura
Carlos Shimura
Prior to joining RGS Partners, Carlos worked in the Investment Banking team of Banco ABC Brasil, in the M&A boutiques JK Capital and Pactor Finanças Corporativas, and in the Business Development area at Stone Payments.
Carlos has participated in several M&A and Capital Markets transactions throughout his career, in the energy, logistics, education, healthcare, retail, financial services and agribusiness sectors, among others.
Carlos holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a specialization in Corporate Finance from Columbia Business School.
